Chhabb, who has been exploring the unique world of psychedelia through techno from Goa, India, where Western and Asian cultures merge, is coming to Japan. The stage will be set at Nakano Heavysick ZERO, where Atsushi Maeda and Nao, organizers of “rural,” and Toner, organizer of “LIMINAL DREAMS,” will color the Friday night.
